Hello, my name is Bob Martin.


I have been a contemplative and meditative arts practitioner for over three decades and am certified as a facilitator/teacher in two schools of meditation.

I am a University Professor of Mindful Leadership and teach courses in The Art and Science of Happiness.

I have Juris Doctor and Master of Social Work degrees, and more importantly, I am a healthy and happy man in my 70s and have been, blessed with a loving family, wonderful friends, fantastic life experiences, and marvelous teachers.

Why am I doing this?


It is my turn to give back. Every morning I get up with one question in the front of my mind: “Have I done enough?”
This work is, I hope, an answer to that question.

Wisdom is knowledge polished by experience.

Knowledge is knowing that a tomato is a fruit.
Wisdom is not putting it in a fruit salad.
