I have been a contemplative and meditative arts practitioner for over three decades and am certified as a facilitator/teacher in two schools of meditation. I am a University Professor of Mindful Leadership and I teach courses in The Art and Science of Happiness. I believe that managing stress or relieving anxiety and finding happiness comes from within.
I am committed to leave something good and worthwhile in my everyday life because I am trading a day of my life for it, and there are a lot more days behind me than are in front of me.
